Refund Policy

Please note that once the entrant has paid and participated in the Light painters society, no matter whether he/she has disqualified, not won any award or acceptance in the Light painters society, in any circumstances the amount he/she spent to participate in Light painters society will not be refunded as it is non-refundable.
